Recruitment Regulations for Candidates of Techpol Global

§1. General provisions

  1. These Recruitment Regulations set out the rules for conducting recruitment processes by Techpol Global sp. z o.o. (the “Company”), operating in Poland and providing services related to employment and the posting of workers to projects in Poland and abroad.
  2. These Regulations are of an informational nature and have been prepared as a good practice of the Company. Their purpose is to ensure transparency of recruitment processes and to protect the interests of candidates.

 

§2. Recruitment rules

  1. Recruitment is conducted for positions related to work in the industrial and metal sectors, in particular: welders, steel structure fitters, and production workers.
  2. Candidates may apply via the form available on the website, by sending a CV by e-mail, or by contacting our office by telephone.
  3. The recruitment process includes, inter alia:
    1. analysis of submitted applications,
    2. verification of qualifications and authorizations (e.g. welding certificates),
    3. a recruitment interview (by telephone, online, or in person),
    4. presentation of the candidate for a project in Poland or abroad.

 

§3. Candidate assessment criteria

  1. When assessing candidates, the Company applies exclusively objective criteria, including professional experience, qualifications, held authorizations, and soft skills.
  2. The recruitment process is governed by the principle of equal treatment and non-discrimination – each candidate has equal opportunities, regardless of age, gender, nationality, or religion.

 

§4. Communication with candidates

  1. Candidates are informed about subsequent stages of the recruitment process by e-mail or by telephone.
  2. Information on a positive or negative recruitment outcome is provided to candidates without undue delay after completion of the relevant stage.
  3. The Company reserves the right to contact only selected candidates.

 

§5. Personal data protection (GDPR)

  1. The controller of personal data is Techpol Global sp. z o.o.
  2. Candidates’ personal data are processed solely for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process and, on the basis of separate consent, also for future recruitment processes.
  3. The candidate has the right to:
    1. access their personal data,
    2. rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing,
    3. object to processing,
    4. withdraw consent at any time.
  4. Candidates’ data are protected in accordance with applicable provisions of law and the Company’s internal security procedures.

 

§6. Final provisions

  1. The Company conducts recruitment processes in a fair, transparent, and lawful manner.
  2. These Regulations are of an informational nature and enter into force on the date of their publication on the website.
  3. The Company reserves the right to amend these Regulations.
