For more than 30 years, Techpol has grown thanks to people who have contributed their knowledge, experience, and commitment every day to delivering projects for our clients.

He is responsible for the company’s development, the management of key projects and operational oversight. He continues the legacy initiated by his father, opening the company to new markets.
An expert in welding technology, steel structures and NDT. Author of numerous innovative solutions and a mentor to the team. For over 30 years, he developed the company, shaping its values and working standards.
She oversees the company’s finances and documentation. Precise, well-organized and always one step ahead, she ensures the smooth operation of Techpol Global’s administrative and financial processes.
With the company for over a decade. Responsible for HR and administration, this role ensures order, clear communication and employee support. Knowing everyone and everything, they are an indispensable hub of information and organization at Techpol Global.
A recruiter with a phone in hand — every day he searches for and finds the right people for our clients. Effective, consistent and closely connected to the market, he helps us respond quickly to project needs.
An experienced coordinator responsible for organizing team operations and providing operational project support. A go-to person for special tasks — reliable and always ready to organize teams, including for international assignments.
Together with Ewa, she oversees documents and settlements. As the first point of contact for employees and visitors, she ensures smooth organization and communication at Techpol Global’s office.
